Katherine offers trauma-informed, body-centred yoga and coaching to help women reconnect with their inner wisdom, regulate their nervous system, and live with intention. Her work supports people moving through change and those learning to trust themselves, by working with movement, breath, and mindfulness to release tension and cultivate presence.

Services include virtual and in-person yoga, one-on-one coaching, workshops, and guided audio practices.
